At any time we find you are unlawful using the website we can temporary pause or remove your property with no refunds. For information on how to delete your account, Please send email through website and tell us why removal is needed.
There are many travel options available through our Service and we want to make your search results as relevant as possible. When filling in our request page, you can request any time frame. Users understand that by using this function and requesting does not guarentee these dates are open or bookable dates. Owners will specify in ads time frames that can be booked if area requires specific length of times. Renters can not physically book on this website, we are simply an advertising avenue with a paid subscription for owners, property managers, and marketing hosts to advertise homes.
This can only be done by contacting the owner/ property manager personally - this site does not offer booking instant capabilities. We suggest you call or email owners for details on booking and availability.
Owners/ PM, MM set pricing and availability. Please review ad for time frames available as some homes do have minimum requirements in descriptions.
Owners of the homes that collect money for stays are required to report and pay taxes.
Ellicottville vacation rentals is an advertising website and does not do actual bookings. We advertise your home for rent and all owners whose property rentals listed are responsible for paying taxes on money collected for rentals.
We showcase your home in one spot with activities in the area to make renters knowledge about places to stay and visit.
We do not accept payment processing unless you are looking to advertise your rental.
If a booking account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, we may request additional information from you.
If we reasonably conclude that a booking or account is associated with fraud, abuse, a government-sanctioned person or entity or suspicious activity, we can cancel and remove listing with no refund

Rental contracts and licenses may be required by owners on the site to prevent fraud and protect themselves.
Each owner will have their own refund policy, We are not responsible for refunds or the rules an owner or property manager set. We highly suggest getting travel insurance .
Some owner allow one night while others 30 days or more. Our website is for owners requiring 30 days or more as required by town and village of Ellicottville. Please read the description on each home as details are provided for renters. Renters can send a request to owners, but our homes all have 30 day requirements on the website. Renters can not book a property instantly, they must inquire and book direct with owner or property manager.
