Private 1 bedroom apartment in the village of Ellicottville.  The Apartment has a private patio area to enjoy your coffee. The private entrance offers stairs to the second floor apartment which includes a kitchen area with stove, microwave, and refridgerator.  Basic kitchen items are included and available to renters.  The kitchen flows into a small living space  to watch tv and a quaint spot for dining.


Upstairs is a queen bed with a lot of space for hanging clothes for extended stays. 


The hot tub and firepit are used by the 4 bedroom house but if  interested in adding them on to your stay let me know .


Additional charges for hot tub can sometimes be accomodated.


A great place for couples 


There is a minimum stay of 30 days. But we prefer a 6 month to 1 year lease.  No pets  / no smoking
